RETURNS & CHANGES
The customer reserves the right to return the products purchased, within ten (10) days from the date of receipt. Returns will be accepted only if: an email is sent to email@example.com or a phone call is made to our store (+30) 2710 238001. The first return and the first replacement are free.
In case of a second return that concerns the same order, the return and collection costs are covered by the customer. Product changes are made only with the company ACS and SPEEDEX.
The following conditions must be met in full in order for the return of the order to be accepted. The request for return or change must not exceed 10 days from the date of delivery based on the receipt documents. For returns exceeding the period of 10 days, the Telis fashion store reserves the right not to accept the change of the product.
All returned items must be picked up by us in the original condition in which you received them, with no signs of wear or use. Also the customer is obliged to deliver in excellent condition all the documents that accompanied the product (eg: Invoice Receipt, Retail Receipt).
If the product does not meet the above conditions it will be returned to the sender at his own expense.
RETURNS without prior notification of the store, WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
The changes are made according to the existing values.

The manufacturer is responsible for any defect that may occur in a product.
If the product you bought is defective, you can request its repair, replacement with another, reduction of its price or refund.
The above obligations of our Company cease in case the defect has been caused by you, or the product that is returned has dirt, damage, abrasions, creases and generally creates the impression that it has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its suitability. , or in the narrow or broad sense of force majeure.
In any case, the products must be accompanied by the necessary legal documents and receipts.
